You can't do much at the moment if everything is flooded. And I can't give you exact numbers for fixing it. When the water starts going down I would sc out the mud you can and put down pea gravel. We use that in a lot of paddocks at our barn. If you use the gravel though you have to make sure there is a soft area for your horse to lie down. If you can use the mud to make a bit of a slope and let it sit for a little, then put the gravel in. The water will drain through the gravel rather than soaking the paddock. Three inches of gravel max for depth, too deep and it's hard to walk through.

Why is my truck smokin so much?

I have a 98 chevy suburban. last week it began to leak oil from the bottom so we had it checked and they said the gaskets needed to be replaced. this was done. when they did this, the leak stopped but they put way too much oil in the truck and so we took it back to let some of the oil out. since then, it has been smokin even while in idle. It gets worse while driving. it is smokin from the tail pipe. Someone said that it's just burning off that excess oil, it'll take some time. Does this sound like the problem? The smoke is very white and thick. I don't know if I included enough details, I don't know anything about cars/trucks. Please help if anyone knows what could be causing the excessive smoke. Do you know which school they go to? If so, then you should give that school a call and let them know what's going on. Also, perhaps taking another way home might be something to think about. Catholic schools can be very strict, and I imagine those "kids" can get into serious trouble for what they do. If they are throwing objects and verbally abusing you, then perhaps talking to the police is something to look at (throwing objects can be considered "ault," I believe?) Terrible female trouble?

When I was 13 I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts. I was put on a birth control which solved the problem. That was 14 years ago. I've gotten married and had two children since then. About 9 months after having my second child, I started getting my period every two weeks. I get cramps that are so bad that it makes me throw up and basically unable to function. I get my period for 5-7 days every two weeks and it's extrememly heavy with heavy clotting. And about 2-3 days before I get my period I get SERIOUSLY emotional and annoyed. Like I can't tolerate anyone or anything and I'm normally a very tolerant person. My great grandmother had a hysterectomy at 26, my grandmother had a hysterectomy at 35, and my mother had a hysterectomy at 39. I made an appt. at the gyn. but I'm afraid of what they're going to tell me. Has anyone gone through anything similar? I'm also afraid that they're going to put me back on a birth control which will cause me to gain weight. I'm 27 and it is EXTREMELY hard for me to lose weight. I gained 68lbs with my first child and 30 with my second. I've finally dropped 30lbs, but it was terribly hard. I just don't want it to be any harder than it already is.

I've been having the same problem lately. I can lay in bed for hrs then finally get up and watch TV or read till Im sleepy. It does help to just get up and stay up through the day and go to bed early the next night. And if all else fails get some over the counter sleeping pills and use on occasion. yes, i know i need to go to my doctor but i have to wait until next week. I have a 15yr old, a 3yr old & an 8 month baby & i've never had any problems with my until my last pregnancy when i noticed a 'bulge' similar to a varicose vein just under the left nipple. I had it checked out & it was said that it was just one of those funny things that happens during pregnancy. But now, soemtimes the same nipple becomes inverted. I only notice it at night when undressing so i don't know how long its been like that. Its happened about 5/6 times in past 2/3 months, about the time i started taking yasmin (cont pill). Also for past 3 days i'm noticing a 'pulling' sensation similar to the 'let-down' reflex when feeding, also on this . Has this happened to anyone else out there? Should i be worried? How to deal with hurtful in-laws?

I have had trouble with my in-laws from the beginning. I really don't know what I need to do about how I feel with them. It started with the mother in-law. She said that I was controlling and didn't allow him to see his parents. Really it wasn't that I didn't want him to see them more like I wanted him to take up for me for how I was treated. At a mother's day dinner she told him not to bring me and she just wanted him there which would have been ok for them to spend time but why was her other kids girlfriend/boyfriends allowed. If it where my family saying he wasn't welcome then I would have to say then I'm not welcome. I wanted him to move in with me but he couldn't because he said his mom would drop his insurance and he couldn't afford his own policy because of his age and record. Not long after he ended up buying a quad and spent his weekends riding instead of coming to see me. I didn't mind him riding but I wanted to ride with him to spend time together but he said that it would be too much weight on the quad which would be understanding but at a cook out he took his sister for a ride on it and to remind you she was a lot heavier than I was. I wasn't mad that she got to ride, it was the fact that he didn't bother to take me riding. The whole time they went up the road his mom was starring obviously at me with a satisfaction as if ha ha. His cuz told me the mom and sis wanted her to get him away from me and fix him up with someone else. I might be more mad at him for putting me on the back burner and not taking up for me with them or maybe I'm just jealous of them and in denial? Do you think there is a reason to be? Even though this has been over 10 years ago it still hurts even though his mother has said sorry but is she truly because now I have trouble with his sister the mom acts as if now that my husband has stopped talking to his sis it's just me being manipulating. Its just me causing the trouble. His sis never came around ,has been to our house 5 times for my sons birthday party in 7 years. Last year she didn't even call to tell my son happy birthday until her mother told her about it and she called 2 days later to tell him. We have always got her children things for their birthday even if we didn't get to make it to the party. I had a birthday dinner for my husband she didn't even come, didn't even call to say she wasn't but had her mother tell him and said she couldn't because the baby had a bad rash but months later she was out and about and the child had yet another rash so whats the difference. When we did get along and had talked she always had something bad to say about everyone and a lot was unreasonable. I had offered to watch her children if she went back to work. She complained that her mother didn't want to watch them when she needed. She still didn't allow me to watch them and when she needed a babysitter after her mom quit doing it she posted on facebook that she was looking for a Good Babysitter. What is that to say about me? A year ago she had a lump on her and had to have it checked which is scary but she tells my husband/her brother about it. She is conservative and to share that info to him is very uncomfortable for me. I myself couldn't share that with my brother or father unless I knew I had cancer but later that day she asked me if he told me about it and he didn't so she told me and I was like to help you feel a little about it most % its benign and my mother and aunt had them and checked and it was benign but she acted as I didn't know what I was talking about and the lump was large as though it was cancer and it had to be. I just dropped it and left her think whatever. She had the test done and she still hasn't said to us if it was benign or not so I take it that it was. She had asked my husband to plow snow from her driveway which I don't have any problem with him helping his sister but she has a husband who is off work 3 days a week and my husband is only off work 1 day a week and sometimes every 3 weeks he gets 2 days off to spend with his family so why isn't her husband doing it? My husband did it and then does it again the next day in which I did get mad over because he could have spent time at home with us and her husband could have done it. But I did talk to my husband about this and how she acts toward me and she never comes around so now we just don't talk to his sister unless she has talked to us and she didn't bother. We didn't tell her happy birthday because she didn't bother to tell my son till she was told and she deletes us all from her facebook/myspace even my son and he didn't even do a thing to her. okay i live in long beach california. and i have at&t . i have a blackberry bold from at&t . i reallly like the phone and everything i love the keyboard it has and everythiing. but da only problem i hate the signal at&t gives . it really really pisses me off. please dnt say its my phone cause its not! i have complained to at&T so many times . and they even switched me phones 3 times dis is my third blackberry bold. and i just about had it. like for example i have 5 bars of 3G signal. and once i put the number ima call all da bars go down to zero and then it says call fail. and then i put end call and all da five bars come back. then i call da number again and da same thing happens all da bars go to zero and it says call fail.. and then wen da call finally goes in after 10 minutes of trying wen it starts to go ring ring and then da other person answers and we start to talk calls only last like 10 seconds then it drops da call and it says call ended and i check and i have full 3G signal and again people get mad cause they say why did u click on me thats so rude. also its always messing up my txt messages like i send a message to someone and i only send it once . amd da other persons always complains that they received da same message like 5 times. also sometimes wen i have 5 bars of 3G signal and people call me my phone never rings it just says 1 missed call. and again the people that call me always complain how come u never answer ur phone??? and i tell them that my phone service sucks and calls neva come in and all they do is laugh... i swear even my friends with t-mobile never have problems. da only reason i got at&t was because i thought t-mobile sucked but i guess i was wrong. cause my mom has a g1 from t-mobile and once we switched phones for 1 day.. and i was amazed i got crystal clear call quality. and i never got call failed . da calls always went tru.. and then at da end of da day wen me and my mom switched phones. she was pissed . she was all like i HAVE NEVER HAD SOO MANY DROPPED CALLS IN MY LIFE!!! wat should i do?? i dont want to pay the $175 termination fee...... o btw i put dis on da gay section cause i asked dis on da cellphone section and i didnt get any answers....

Gall bladder removal?

I was wanting to hear people's personal experiences when they had to have surgery to get their gallbladder removed. I had ultrasound, MRI, and HIDA scan. MRI and ultra were ok but HIDA shows that functioning isnt right. They are saying I need surgery based off of the HIDA scan. Is this what happened to other people? How did they determine if u would have ur gall bladder removed? are there really any other options besides removal if the functioning is messed up? just wondering because it is a hospital in a small town diagnosing me and they just dont seem that great to me/know what they are doing. please share any experiences and how they diagnosed you please?

How to stop visits from friends with young children?

My husband and I are in our late 50's. We have friends in their (she is 35 he is 58) with 2 young children age 2 1/2 and 1 year olds. They come every other weekend without invitation and when you say you are busy they still come. The 2 year old is wild and jumps on furniture, throws things in the blink of an eye, waits until you are not looking then swats at vases, cuckoo clock whatever is in his sights. The parents think it is funny and actually laughed saying oh you should have seen your faces when he almost knocked over a $2000 flat screen tv we were trying to hang. I said it won't be funny if you have to buy us a new one and they just laughed. This happens every time that was just one example. We have worked hard for what we have it wasn't given to us! How do we stop them from coming? Our house is far from child proof. Our dogs (small 5 pounders) have to be closed in a room when they come for fear of them being hurt. (the dogs not the kids) This is so stressful. My husbands blood pressure soars when they come. We tried saying we would visit at their house but that doesn't work. They still keep coming. Clockwork every other weekend. We even tried hiding in the house but forgot to lock the front door and they walked in. We are past this stage in our lives of young children. Our grandchildren behave when they come yet these ones do not. We were only slight friends before they had children and now they act as if they are family. We have family and don't need this stress in our lives. Please please help. It is getting to the point we are going to have to say something mean to make them understand this isn't working out.

I'm a Catholic and I've been to many funerals of different religious denominations. Like Sentinal, I believe that a funeral should be a celebration of the life of person who has ped away. One card....Guile, I have it in my mono-blue control deck and have won many vintage tournaments with it just make sure you add some mana ramp,(I use palladium and silver myrs) and throw in some Foils and with a little luck you can watch as your opponents cower in fear. If your lucky by turn four you get guile out and after that every spell they play can be turned against them. It feels so awesome when they try to play something, you counter it and then can play it without paying its mana cost!

Question about Paranoid Personality Disorder?

I was very recently diagnosed with Paranoid Personality Disorder. I don't really know what to do right now. What kind of treatment is available? Do I need to take meds? If so, what kind? I don't want to be paranoid anymore, it's really messing with me. I also have Major Depression, and the paranoia and depression are difficult to handle at the same time. I moved to a different part of the country a few months ago and have no idea where to start looking for a new doctor. I heard cognitive behavioral therapy was good for people with personality disorders, but I don't know where to find one...It's really messing up my life, some days I'm so depressed I'm like a cripple, I can't get out of bed, and I'm always paranoid, I always think people are making plans to hurt me in some way. I was seeing a counselor at this free mental health center place but he was terrible, I walked out feeling worse. A few days ago I seriously believed that they were selling my medical information to the government and demanded that they destroy my record. I feel like I have to alter my whole personality to keep myself safe from persecution. Everyone is always laughing about me and talking about me. I can't be myself, I can't express myself the way I want to because if I do I will be attacked or arrested and thrown in prison. I'm failing my first semester of college because I feel so bad. I want to find treatment but I don't know where to go. So confused.....

Each of your coworkers probably has a lot of excess junk like toys, books, clothes, electronics and household goods. If you say okay The third Sunday in June we're collecting things that people are willing to donate (or put notices through town, at churches, schools, grocery stores) and have a giant yard sale. It will take time and some effort but almost zero funds. The biggest time taker would be sorting, pricing and organizing. Hope this helps.

Why is my ferret docile, and non-responsive when my new puppy jumps all over him?

I've had my ferret swiper for a little bit over a year now...i believe he he is about 15 months old. He is very playful and active especially around other animals (he loves to chase her cats and dogs). However, I just bought a 2 month old female jack russell terrier, and when we try to introduce the two, my ferret either freezes in his tracks and allows himself to be used as a rag-doll, or he hides somewhere. Before I bought the Jack Russel, my vet told me that introducing them would be fine, and that the ferret could hold his own, but when the two animals are together swiper is always petrified. Is it always going to be this way? or is he just not used to having another animal living with us? I am afraid of the terrier killing my ferret...

fahrenheit 451 is REALLY good, it is a little slow taking off, but i'd deffinetly recommend it. Lord of the flies is also really good, it is a bit longer but it is exciting right off the bat! I do both. You can get it like that by smudging it to make it look smoky. I wear it like that to work every day pretty much. Sometimes I use a different colored eyeliner though to match my outfits.

You say you have one suit, what you can do and I have done before is if that suit has a top, that's one outfit, the following day you can wear just the pant part and purchase a blouse that matches and wear it with out wearing the top part of the suit and now you have created another completely different outfit. Don't forget accessories are very important and if you already have them, even better. Try snazzing up your outfit with a watch, maybe a bracelet, small studd earrings (trying avoiding things that dangle) and a purse that matches. Try not to wear shoes that are too strappy or stilettos, a small heel would do. Can i use scotch tape to repair my split cette tape?

I have done that by taping both sides of the tape with scotch tape and then trimming to the same size as the cette tape. I didn't have a problem with it sticking to the rollers. it just went mute for the split second it was on the scotch taped part. good luck.
