Will hardwork override natural talent and genius?

In my opinion, being able to work hard and focus on something well enough to be considered 'talented' is a talent in itself. You have to remember talent isn't always something that occurs naturally. As far as 'override' I don't see what you mean by that...but they can 'compete' side by side with the proper amount of work put in.
