What job can I do on "light duty" with a 20 minute sitting tolerance. I'm set-up to see Vocational Rehab soon.?

I would like to know what type of job I can be expect to be offered. I have been an RN for 17 years, and an LPN for 6 years prior : total nursing career= 23 years. I have been on workman compensation for 15 months. My injury is a herniated disk and I must take narcotics on a daily basis to have any amount of quality of life. I already had a Functional Capacity Exam at 1 year post injury, which states I can tolerate light duty, however I am concerned about how my sitting intolerance will be factored in. I already know there is no nursing position for light duty, so I mourn the loss of my love~being a caregiver. I am 43. Thanking all responders in advance.
