What can I do to my mono blue control deck for Mtg to make it even better?

One card....Guile, I have it in my mono-blue control deck and have won many vintage tournaments with it just make sure you add some mana ramp,(I use palladium and silver myrs) and throw in some Foils and with a little luck you can watch as your opponents cower in fear. If your lucky by turn four you get guile out and after that every spell they play can be turned against them. It feels so awesome when they try to play something, you counter it and then can play it without paying its mana cost!
