!?!?! HOW do i change a car wheel myself? I cant even get ONE of the lug nuts off?

im trying to change my car wheel using the lug wrench provided with the spare tire.. I cant even remove one of the lug nuts from the wheel.. is there an easier way BESIDES taking it to the dealer??
