Fantasy Football: Who should I start in week 8? Joseph Addai (vs. 49ers) or Matt Forte (vs. Browns)?

I realize Matt Forte has the better match up, but he's been so inconsistent this year. Joseph Addai will be getting more of a work load this week with Donald Brown injured. Please help.
