I've been having the same problem lately. I can lay in bed for hrs then finally get up and watch TV or read till Im sleepy. It does help to just get up and stay up through the day and go to bed early the next night. And if all else fails get some over the counter sleeping pills and use on occasion. Don't go for the prescription sleep aids, your too young and don't wanna become dependant on them. Good Luck...and hopefully Good Night!
