My moms being stupid !!!?

Okay so i recently got my Ipod touch and i need a new account to download stuff so when i go to ask my mom for the credit card she says no because theyre gunna take all the money and i said no because im only downloading Free stuff and she says still even if it says free theyll take the money what can i do to convince her to let me get the credit card HEL PLEASE
