I want to form a LLC in New York - USA. I am a non-us, living in Europe. What are the tax / IRS requirements?

Even if you can somehow form your LLC in NY, you cannot get a tax id # for the LLC unless you'd have a Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number.
