Can I return my camera?

i bought a casio exilim fc-100 from ebay it is really awesome. It broke. The camera will turn on but then turn off like it will try to stay on like its stuck but then it will turn off. So ive lost hope in this camera i tried to fix it but i dont want to mess it up even more. But im just wondering who can i send it to. Or where. AND if i can and get a new camera
