Trade in value question?

I am going to look into trading my 07 impala ss with 58000 miles this weekend for a scion tc and wanted to know what you guys think i may be able to get for it. NADA says 14,700, kbb says 14,400, edmunds says 11,900, black book says anywhere from 10,500 to 13,000, and they have been selling at the manheim auctions for between 10,200 and 13,000. When i did this i hit good condition and i noticed that there are only 4 impala ss' for sale within a 75 mile radius of where I live. What do you think is a realistic price i should accept?
