helo guys. i need some serious opinions here. from those who are familiar with this. one leg squat. also known as pistol squat. great for balance, strength and flexibility. what do u honestly think about a man whos able to do 34 one leg squat for right leg and 34 more for left leg. 34 repetitions of one leg squat in a row for each leg. max. muscle failure. nice and slow. all the way down all the way down. with controlled movement. what do u think of that? be honest please.
